Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL) has issued recruitment notification on 69 posts of assistant account officer (AAO) which will be conducted by Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) in upcoming months. Application filling process has already ended in July and now applicants have started preparing for its written exam. That’s why, we have came up with APDCL AAO syllabus and examination pattern so you can know what to study and what to not.
It should be noted that in official AAO notification there is no mention of syllabus for the written exam. APSC has reserved its right to conduct exam in case of large number of applications. This is obvious and the AAO syllabus given on this page is based on previous AAO exam conducted by APSC for similar type of power company like AEGCL. APDCL APSC AAO Syllabus 2024
PAPER-I
General English:- Precis, Essay, Grammer, Drafting, Composition.
General Knowledge:- Current affairs national and GK related to Assam state. The test will also include questions relating to Indian history and culture, Indian polity including the Constitution of India, geography, economy and general science. History and Culture of Assam.
PAPER-II
Mathematics:- General maths of 10th Standard
Accountancy / Statistics/ Mathematics:- Any one subject and questions will be asked unto graduation level (BA / B.SC OR B.COM).
