BSPHCL Technician CBT Exam Pattern 2024
BSPHCL Technician exam follows a Computer-Based Test (CBT) format to assess candidates technical knowledge, computer knowledge, reasoning ability, general studies and general Hindi and English. Understanding the pattern of this exam is very important for systematic preparation.

- Negative Marking Scheme: 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

BSPHCL Technician (Grade-3) Minimum Qualifying Marks
The Minimum Qualifying Marks (%) / Normalised Score in Technician (Grade-III) CBT will be 40 for UR, 36.5 for BC, 34 for EBC & 32 for SC/ST/ Female candidates. A merit list will be prepared based on marks obtained by the candidates in CBT (Computer Based test). Candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:1 (actual vacancy advertised) from the merit list for documents/ certificate verification.

BSPHCL Technician Selection Process
The selection process for BSPHCL JEE consists of a Computer-Based Test (CBT), which forms the primary stage of selection. Candidates will be evaluated based on their performance in this test. There is no interview stage, so excelling in the CBT is critical. If CBT is conducted in multiple batches the answer sheet will be evaluated using Z-Normalised Score Method. The final technician selection list will be based on the report of documents verification as well as the merit.
