The National Insurance Company Ltd (a govt of India enterprise) is going to conduct online written written examination on 500 posts of Assistants as per state wise vacancies. This recruitment online test will going to be conducted in two phases, namely Phase-1 of Preliminary test and Phase-2 of Mains exam. NICL Assistant Preliminary Online Exam Pattern 2024 (Phase-I)

  1. The Preliminary Examination consisting of Objective Tests (Multiple Choice type Questions) for 100 marks will be conducted online.
  2. There will be negative marking of ¼ mark that is -0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
  3. The questions except for the test of English Language will be made available in English & Hindi.
  4. Duration would be of 60 minutes duration consisting of 3 sections (with separate timings for each section) as follows:-

NICL Assistant Mains Online Exam Pattern 2024 (Phase-2)

  1. Main Examination will consist of Objective Tests (Multiple Choice type Questions) for 200 marks.
  2. There will be negative marking of ¼ mark that is -0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
  3. The questions except for the test of English Language will be made available in English & Hindi.
  4. The duration of examination would be of 120 minutes duration (separate time for each test / section or composite time) and will consist of 5 sections as follows:-
