Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilisers Limited (RCFL) will soon going to conduct online written examination for 159 vacancies of management trainee under MT recruitment program 2024. The final online application submission date is already over on July 1st, and now applicants have been searching for RCFL MT syllabus and online computer based exam pattern to prepare for their exam.
We have posted its detailed syllabus and other information related to management trainee exam 2024. In notification only an overview of exam pattern is mentioned but no details of subjects has been mention (discipline wise).
As per official notification the exam will be conducted for the following posts: Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Civil, Fire, CC Lab, Industrial Engineering, Marketing Human Resources, Administration and Corporate Communication.
RCFL Management Trainee Syllabus 2024
- General English: Basic English language and grammer questions, vocabulary, spelling, grammar, sentence structure, synonyms, antonyms, sentence completion, phrases and idiomatic use of words etc.
- Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning: Directions and Distance, Order and Ranking, Sitting Arrangement, Clock, Calendar, Dice, Syllogism, Blood Relations, Statements and Conclusions, problem solving, decision making, arithmetical reasoning, figural classification, arithmetic number series, non-verbal series, etc.
- General Knowledge / Awareness: General Knowledge related to Indian history and culture, Indian polity, geography, economy and general science. Indian govt administration, transportation, culture, etc. GK related to fertilisers and chemical industry in India. National and International current affairs.
- Curriculum of Qualifying Course/ Minimum Educational Qualification: Questions will be asked from the respective post/ subject/ course which applicant has applied in his/her application form.
RCFL Management Trainee Exam Pattern
- The question paper will be bailable in Hindi and English.
- The question paper will paper 100 questions carrying one mark each.
- 50 questions form curriculum of qualifying course and 50 question from English, Aptitude and GK.
- Duration of exam will be 90 mins (1.5 hours)
- For each wrong answer 0.25 marks will be deducted as negative marking.
